ADA Compliance Statement
BPAS is committed to ADA compliance standards and protocols across all of our web platforms. We develop and update web content using technology tools and resources that ensure access for people with disabilities. We also regularly test our sites to identify and implement areas for improvement using accessibility validators like Wave and Axe. We adhere to the recommended guidelines in the World Wide Web Consortium (WC3) in its Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
In our commitment to accessibility, ongoing support is provided by our internal and third-party technology professionals to ensure the BPAS website remains compliant. Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of the BPAS website, there may be some limitations. Please contact us if you observe any issues.
